MEATLESS MONDAYS

The Kitchen Table Cooking School is pleased to announce that, starting in September, we are joining a world wide movement aimed at changing the way we eat one day a week.

World icons Benjamin Franklin, Plato, Gandhi, and Paul McCartney all have been advocates of the remarkable health benefits of a vegetarian diet. There are various types of vegetarians - over 6 at last count.  It is not which type you are, only that you benefit from the diet.  Additionally, a vegetarian diet does not have to be difficult, boring, or limited.  Most cuisines from around the world include amazing vegetarian dishes.

Come, learn an exciting healthy alternative to MEAT.  Click on our links below to go directly to our Class Descriptions.
