  • Highlight of my class: Learning to bake breads with my wife. This is something she loved to do when we lived in NYC however the altitude of Colorado has made her nervous about baking. Now this is something we can do together.
    Could we make it better? Overall it was excellent.
    Anything you’d like to share? The class was 4 hours and spanned lunch. More in the way of snacks or wine would have been nice.

Artisan Breads I
A Baking Fundamentals Class | $80 plus tax per person.

There is nothing like the mouthwatering aroma of fresh baked bread wafting through the house.  Bread is a delicious necessity with every meal.  Once you learn the basics, making fresh, home-made bread is a delight. Artisan and Yeast Breads

Our Chef will show you how to master the "art" of breadmaking.  In this class, our Chef will teach you about blooming yeast, mixing doughs, proofing and baking breads to create fresh-baked breads that you and your family will savor.

You will learn to create artisan breads such as French Bread Baguettes, Epi, Poppy Seed and Honey Whole Wheat rolls and Rosemary and Sea Salt Foccacia.
