Our Chef instructor will guide you through common pitfalls of baking at this altitude and above. You will get tips to adjust your sea level recipes so that they come out as you remember.
You will put this knowledge to practice when you learn how to prepare the following altitude sensitive recipes:
Chewy chocolate chip cookies
Chocolate devil's food cake
Butterhorn dinner rolls
