In this class you will learn how to create a perfect cake and learn the pitfalls that can ruin a cake. You will learn how to bake cakes at this altitude and what conversions you will have to make. 

You will learn how to slice and moisten your cake to create a flavorful base for your buttercream. You will learn how to crum coat your cake to hide any flaws.

You will learn how to make a temperature stable buttercream that will taste good and look good at room temperature.

Finally you will learn about coating your cake and finishing with piped flowers and other piping techniques.

Of course you will be able to take your masterpiece home with you and show off the fruits of your labor to your loved ones.
