If you want to learn how to bake your own cakes, breads, pies, chocolate treats and other confectionary delights, we recommend the following special curriculum of six hands-on classes. Weve developed this course to familiarize you with the fundamentals of baking. The following sequence will allow you to build your basic baking skills in a logical progression. But please feel free to take our classes in any order that works for you.
