How to keep food from sticking to your grill
Cooking fish and vegetables on the grill
How to cook fruit on the grill
You will learn all these grilling techniques while putting together a fine menu.
You will prepare:
Grilled spice rubbed salmon with cilantro lime butter
Grilled pork tenderloin and vegetable skewers with peanut sauce
Grilled banana and pineapple foster with vanilla ice cream
