FRENCH PASTRY SERIES - Tarts & Crepes
A Specialty Class
Continuing our foray into those fabulous French Pastries, we will be taking on the creation of Tarts & Crepes. Chef Cody will show you how simple it is to prepare delicate dessert Crepes with Banana Foster. Then, you will "flip" over how easy it is to make the famous Apple Tart Tatin. A Free Form Cranberry Peach Tart and a Blueberry Frangipan Struedel will complete your evening.
