FRENCH PASTRY SERIES - Gateaux
A Specialty Class

GATEAUX - These are those beautiful, delicate, incredibly rich, decadent little "Cakes" the French have made so famous. There are all different kinds of GATEAUX. Generally, they are multi layered cakes filled with all sorts of delicious creams and frosting, or they can be solid sponge type cake.

No matter what type, the GATEAUX end up decorated on the outside with all sorts of confectionery. Chef Cody has some wonderful creations ready for you to make. You will be creating a Mocha Torte, a Fruit Torte, and a Black Forest Roll.

Note: We require that all students be at least 16 years of age to sign up for adult classes.

No alcoholic beverages will be served to anyone under the age of 21. Please bring identification with proof of age.

Class prices shown are per person (unless noted). You will need to provide a credit card number to reserve a space in any class.

Cancellation policy:

When you register for a class, you reserve a slot that determines how much food we buy and how many work stations we set up. You are also counted in the total number of students, which determines whether the class will be held.

If Kitchen Table cancels a class due to low enrollment, your full payment will be refunded.

If you cancel five or more days before a class, a refund will be available.

If you cancel less than five days (and more than two days) prior to a class, we will issue a Kitchen Table gift card redeemable for another class or products in our retail store. This option applies only if you cancel more than two days before the class begins.

If you cancel within 2 days (48 hours) of class start time, whether due to illness, job loss, personal emergencies or events beyond your control, no refund, transfer, gift card or credit will be made.
