Florence is recognized as one of the most important cultural and gastronomic cities in the world. It was the heart of the Renaissance which changed the tradition of the arts and this tradition is reflected in the Italian way of cooking and in the presentation of dishes.
Our Chefs have created a menu which highlights the best Florence has to offer. The Primi is a Panzanella Salad, the Secondi is the famous Bistecca alla Fiorentina served with Asparagi al Parmigiano, and for dessert you will prepare Semi Freddo with Fresh Strawberries. WOW!!
Their wine too is incredible. Rich and robust. The flourishing hills surrounding Florence are famous for being the birthplace of Chianti. Chianti “Classico” is produced between Florence and Siena.
INCLUDED in the price is a flight of wines selected to compliment your Tuscan menu. We have selected a Vernaccia Di San Gimignano to pair with the Panzanella Salad, and both a Ruffino Aziano Chianti Classico and a Super Tuscan, Modus Toscana, to bring out the rich flavors of the Bistecca.
