No matter how good the dried pasta available in your local shops is, it doesn't match the flavor of fresh, homemade pasta. Making fresh pasta might sound entirely too complicated and painstaking, but with the help of modern appliances, pasta making is so easy!! Learn the simple techniques to make basic pasta, and then expand from there to shapes, flavors, colors.
Learn to make delicious "filled" pasta and create the best pairing possible between filling and sauces. Fresh, homemade pasta is healthier for you and tastes so much better than that dried, mass produced product.
