A Baking Fundamentals Class
French pastries and desserts are often regarded as the best pastries and confections in the world. Here is the perfect chance to work side by side with our Chef in a hands on class, learning the art of making delicious French pastries.
You will be making Apple Tarte Tatin (created by two sisters in the Loire valley known as "les Desmoiselles Tatin"), Crêpes Suzette (a fine dining classic which is usually flambéed tableside), and Cherry Clafoutis (from the Limousin Region of France especially known for its cherries).
Your guests will go "ou la la" when you set out the new creations you learned in this class.

Note: We require that all students be at least 16 years of age to sign up for adult classes.
No alcoholic beverages will be served to anyone under the age of 21. Please bring identification with proof of age.
