Artisan and Yeast Breads
A Baking Fundamentals Class
Learn the basics of home-made breads. In this class, you will learn about blooming yeast, mixing doughs, proofing and baking breads, and create fresh-baked breads that you can take home for your family to savor. You will learn to create artisan breads such as French Bread Baguettes, a Cranberry Walnut Challah Braid, Herb Foccacia, and Whole Wheat Flat Bread.

Note: We require that all students be at least 16 years of age to sign up for adult classes.
No alcoholic beverages will be served to anyone under the age of 21. Please bring identification with proof of age.
