COUPLES CLASS - Venice - Under the Bridge of Sighs
A Specialty Class

Nothing is more romantic than a gondola ride on the canals of Venice, listening to your gondoliere singing your favorite love songs (in Italian of course) and stopping under the Bridge of Sighs for that memorable kiss. The foods of Venice come from the depths of the Adriatic Sea to the Plains of Fruili only enhance the romantic atmosphere of Venice.  Chef Andy has created a sensual meal sure to stimulate your senses.

Start with a little Antipasti of various sliced Salumi, Olives and Marinated Vegetables.  Next, for your Primo, you will prepare Risotto al Frutti di Mare (seafood risotto).  For your Secundi, prepare Anatra alla Carciofi (Duck with Artichokes).  Top you evening with Dolce (dessert) by preparing a delicious Tiramisu. 
 
We have paired some spectacular wines from the region.  You will be greeted with a classic Bellini made with Zardetto Prosecco and Peach purée, next you will taste a 2007 Collio Fruilano by Marco Felluga to go with your seafood risotto and with the duck we have paired a 2006 Tenuta Sant'Antonio, Monte Garbi Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso

Class prices shown are per person (unless noted). You will need to provide a credit card number to reserve a space in any class.

Cancellation policy:

When you register for a class, you reserve a slot that determines how much food we buy and how many work stations we set up. You are also counted in the total number of students, which determines whether the class will be held.

If Kitchen Table cancels a class due to low enrollment, your full payment will be refunded.

If you cancel five or more days before a class, a refund will be available.

If you cancel less than five days (and more than two days) prior to a class, we will issue a Kitchen Table gift card redeemable for another class or products in our retail store. This option applies only if you cancel more than two days before the class begins.

If you cancel within 2 days (48 hours) of class start time, whether due to illness, job loss, personal emergencies or events beyond your control, no refund, transfer, gift card or credit will be made.
