Santa Fe has blended the fiery exciting cuisines from the Native American, Spanish, and American Settlers who created the town into mouthwatering dishes. By incorporating regional ingredients - rice, beans, squash, chilies, corn - into these varied cooking styles, you end up with a taste of everything from BBQ, Tex-Mex, to authentic regional Mexican and Native American Indian cooking.
Our Chefs have created an exciting menu which includes Shredded Pork Navajo Fry Bread Tacos, Guajillo Salsa, and Ancho Rubbed Cornish Game Hen Grilled with Sage Essence. Come experience the tastes of Santa Fe.
