Brazil, the largest country in South America, is a melting pot of peoples and cultures. The diversity of Brazilian cuisine is heavily influenced not only by the Tribes native to Brazil, but also by the immigrants from Africa, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, just to name a few.
Within the State of Bahia, the fertile coastal plains and the Atlantic coastline provide the freshest ingredients for their predominantly Afro-Brazilian dishes.
Begin your journey with Bolinhos de Bacalhau (Salt Codfish Croquettes)(perfect with an ice cold Caipirinha cocktail). Your main course will center around Bahia's famous Moqueca de Peixe (Fish Stew) served with Arroz Brasileiro (Brazilian Rice) and Black Beans. Complete you evening with the elegant Brazilian Banana Flambe.
The Caipirinha (the national cocktail of Brazil) are an additional $8.00 each. If you prefer wine, for an additional $20.00, sample the flight of amazing wines selected to compliment this menu.
