Before you fire up that grill, come in and discover our secrets of masterful grilling. There are many ways to grill your favorite meat, fish or vegetable. Whether you're using a wood plank; indirect heat; direct heat; or grilling over charcoal, you'll learn how to achieve mouth-watering results, every time!
Today, you will be prepare and grill a Brined and Marinated Pork Tenderloin with an Apple, Port Wine, and Whole Grain Mustard Reduction. Pair this with Grilled Medley of Seasonal Summer Vegetables topped with Grilled Colorado Goat Cheese. For dessert, prepare an incredible Bananas Foster with Pineapple and Vanilla Ice Cream.
