COUPLES CLASS - A Night in Casablanca
A Specialty Class

CASABLANCA is one of the most romantic movies ever made.  The setting hot and exotic, the intrigue intense, a combination of spicy elements.  WOW!  You can be sure that the setting we have planned for the two of you here at the Kitchen Table, while not quite as exotic, will be hot, the ingredients spicy, and will there be intrigue, romance? 

Tonight, you will preparing dishes from the region around Marrakesh.  To whet your appetite for the meal ahead, you will start with several small salads - Eggplant Caviar, Tomato and Onion Salad, Spicy Carrot Salad and a Roasted Pepper Salad.  Then, move on to a classic Green Olive and Preserved Lemon Chicken Tagine served with copious amounts of Cous Cous.  Finish your evening with a delightful and refreshing fresh Orange and Cinnamon dessert. 

Of course, fresh mint tea will be served throughout the meal.   Since Morocco is not a country famous for fine wine production, we will pair the meal with a flight of wines from nearby Spain.

Extend your evening by moving into our Coffee Bar and listen to the soulful sounds of live music where "A Kiss Is But A Kiss".  The price of this class is per couple.

Note: We require that all students be at least 16 years of age to sign up for adult classes.

No alcoholic beverages will be served to anyone under the age of 21. Please bring identification with proof of age.

Class prices shown are per person (unless noted). You will need to provide a credit card number to reserve a space in any class.

Cancellation policy:

When you register for a class, you reserve a slot that determines how much food we buy and how many work stations we set up. You are also counted in the total number of students, which determines whether the class will be held.

If Kitchen Table cancels a class due to low enrollment, your full payment will be refunded.

If you cancel five or more days before a class, a refund will be available.

If you cancel less than five days (and more than two days) prior to a class, we will issue a Kitchen Table gift card redeemable for another class or products in our retail store. This option applies only if you cancel more than two days before the class begins.

If you cancel within 2 days (48 hours) of class start time, whether due to illness, job loss, personal emergencies or events beyond your control, no refund, transfer, gift card or credit will be made.
