The insatiable appetite of Parisians for great food and wine is legendary. The gourmet can find mouthwatering delights on every street corner. Our Chefs will show you how simple it is to make some of Paris' favorite dishes.
Start with Moules Marinières (Fresh Mussels steamed in Wine and Flavorings). Next, prepare Steak Frites Sauce Bearnaise (Pan Fried Local Hanger Steak with French Fries). For dessert, prepare delicious Seasonal Clafoutis. BON APETIT!!
INCLUDED in the price of the class is a flight of classic French wines we have selected to pair with your menu.
With the mussels we have chosen a Mâcon-Villages, Chardonnay 2009 and we have two wines from both banks of the Gironde river in Bordeaux to pair with the steak frites: Château Hortevie, St. Julien 2005 (left bank) and a Château Lassègue, St. Emillion Grand Cru 2004 (right bank).
Of course we have the traditional coffee drinks available after the meal to get you back on track for the rest of the night.
