PARIS comes alive with the crisp scents of Fall in the air. Long walks along the promenades can stimulate a hearty appetite. It is the perfect season for some more robust dishes. The delicious aromas that fill the air are truly tantalizing!! Chef Thomas will have you start by preparing a French favorite and classic - Soupe à l'Oignon Gratinée (French Onion Soup Gratined with Cheese). Next, you will prepare Escalopes de Veau Chasseur (Sauted Veal Scallops with Mushrooms and Tomatoes) paired with Wild Rice en Risotto and Celeri-Rave Braise (Braised Celeriac or Celery Root).
