There are various types of vegetarians - over 6 at last count. It is not which type you are, only that you benefit from the diet. Additionally, a vegetarian diet does not have to be difficult, boring, or limited. Most cuisines from around the world include amazing vegetarian dishes.
Our Chefs have created a series of classes which will introduce you to the delicious, easy to create, regional cuisine from countries all over the world that are totally vegetarian.
Today, we will be visiting the warm, sunny region of Southern Italy. Start by preparing a Roasted Beet Salad with Watercress, Walnuts, and Fresh Pecorino. Next, prepare Roasted Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage and Parmesan served next to Spinach with Brown Butter and Pine Nuts. A great way to complete your meal is with Pears and Parmesan drizzled with Honey.
