PIZZA on the Grill (NEW ADDED CLASS)
A Specialty Class

Believe it or not, one of the best things you can put on your grill is a PIZZA.  That's right.  Pizza got its start over a real fire and you don't need fancy and expensive equipment to have the real thing.  Your grill is probably the best appliance you have to make PIZZAS.  The dry, high heat is perfect for creating that delicious crust.  With grilled PIZZAS, it is the crust that is the star.  The toppings are like icing on a cake - you want just enough to enhance the flavor, but not too much so as to overwhelm.  Once you have mastered the art of PIZZA GRILLING, you will never settle for those delivered fast food pizzas.  In this class, you will also have a chance to learn how to use a PIZZA STONE to grill your pizza.  The beauty of the PIZZA STONE can be used both on the grill and in a conventional oven.

We will make a classic Margherita pizza, Tuscan grilled vegetable and pesto pizza and a prosciutto, copacolla and arugula pizza.

Included with this class are some wines that will pair perfectly with our grilled pizza selections.

Note: We require that all students be at least 16 years of age to sign up for adult classes.

No alcoholic beverages will be served to anyone under the age of 21. Please bring identification with proof of age.

Class prices shown are per person (unless noted). You will need to provide a credit card number to reserve a space in any class.

Cancellation policy:

When you register for a class, you reserve a slot that determines how much food we buy and how many work stations we set up. You are also counted in the total number of students, which determines whether the class will be held.

If Kitchen Table cancels a class due to low enrollment, your full payment will be refunded.

If you cancel five or more days before a class, a refund will be available.

If you cancel less than five days (and more than two days) prior to a class, we will issue a Kitchen Table gift card redeemable for another class or products in our retail store. This option applies only if you cancel more than two days before the class begins.

If you cancel within 2 days (48 hours) of class start time, whether due to illness, job loss, personal emergencies or events beyond your control, no refund, transfer, gift card or credit will be made.
