Learn the simple techniques to make basic pasta, and then expand from there to shapes, flavors, colors. In this hands on class you will learn how to make:
Wild Mushroom Agnolotti with Brown Butter Sauce
Fettucini with Spicy Sausage Tomato Sauce
Fazzoletti with Braised Fennel and Balsamic
Once you learn how easy it is to make delicious fresh pasta you will be inclined to start making it in your own home and dazzling your guests with the amazing texture and flavor of fresh pasta and homemade raviolis.
