We'll take you through the basic rules of mastering the grill
How to clean and season your grill
Making beautiful grill marks on your food
How to keep food from sticking to your grill
Cooking fish and vegetables on the grill
How to cook fruit on the grill
You will learn all these grilling techniques while putting together a fine menu.
You will prepare:
Grilled salmon with mango - avocado salsa
Grilled New York Strip with seasonal vegetable skewers and salsa verde
Grilled poundcake with sesonal fruit, vanilla ice cream and aged balsamic vinegar
