The demand for LOVE is staggering! We had to add on another night to our "Love Fest" week to satiate the desires of our hungry romantic clientele. Give this to your sweetheart on Valentine's Day and tell her the romantic experience you will have the following evening.

Florence the capital of Tuscany backs up to the Appenines mountains and is the birthplace of the renaissance and some even say culture, sophistication and fine cooking.  We love the region because it is rich in great produce, meats, seafood and the amazing wines that come from the rolling hills of Tuscany. 

For the night after San Valentino we are pulling out all the stops. You will be greeted with a glass of Sparkling wine and a beautiful platter of antipasti and salume to get you in the mood for the great menu ahead.  

Then, you will join the Chefs in the kitchen as you learn how to make the following amazing menu:

Il raviolo d'aragosta e mascarpone con salsa d'aragosta cremosa - Lobster and mascarpone raviolo with a creamy lobster sauce
La tagliata alla griglia, salsa di vino rosso in agrodolce, cavolfiore croccante e purée di patate all'aglio arrosto - Grilled beef strip loin, red wine agrodolce sauce, crispy cauliflower and roasted garlic mashed potatoes
Il budino al cioccolato con salsa al caramello e sale marino e gelato all vaniglia - Chocolate cream with a sea salt caramel sauce and vanilla gelato

Our sommelier has chosen some robust Tuscan wines paired especially with this delicious hearty meal.

At the end of the meal you will leave with a little bag of treats made by our pastry chef for you to enjoy on your way home.

It is bound to be one of the most memorable night after Saint Valentine's Day you will ever experience.
