COUPLES CLASS - Salsa Party - Celebrating Cinco de Mayo
Couples Class | $240 plus tax per couple.

CINCO DE MAYO makes everyone think of CELEBRATING.  We celebrate our neighbors to the south's Independence almost as much as we do our own.

Mexico has a rich and varied regional cuisine and our chef has put together an amazing FIESTA OF FOODS that represent the different regions of Mexico and matches this occasion. 

A fresh, traditional Lime Margarita is awaiting your arrival.  The two of you will nibble on homemade Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, and Chips before you "salsa" into our amazing kitchen to begin your celebration.

Chile Relleno de Camarone y Espinaca (Poblano Peppers stuffed with Shrimp and Spinach)
Tacos al Carbon (Grilled Steak Tacos)
Pasilla de Oaxaca (Tomatillo Salsa)
Arroz con Verde (Cilantro and Lime Rice)
Frijoles Charros (Pinto Beans with Bacon and Onions)
Flan de Queso con Cajeta (Yucatan Flan)

More delicious margaritas, along with an assortment of Mexican brews made by a local Denver brewer called Del Norte, will keep the party in full swing.
