Many cities in Spain are famous for their Tapas culture. During this class, your taste buds will be transported to the streets of Spain for your chance to enjoy tapas - made by none other than you and your partner.

When the Spaniards go out on a Tapas crawl, they begin late in the evening at one of their favorite Tapas bars.  They order various Tapas the restaurant is famous for and wash it down with a decadent Spanish wine. After a 1/2 hour its off to the next Tapas bar. And the night continues as a growing swarm of gastro revelers make their way through the heart of the Tapas district sampling and drinking along the way. There is no more social and romantic way to enjoy food.

In this class you will learn to make the following tapas dishes:

Fried Calamari with Romesco Sauce
Spicy lamb Albondigas (meatballs) with cucumber salad
Duck breast with with Oranges and Green Olives
Crema Catalan - Spanish version of Crème Brulée

Of course with this menu we will select some of the top up and coming wines from across Spain to pair beautifully with this delicious Tapas fare. Wines are included in the price.
