Venice - Our City of Romance.  Imagine the two of you, cuddled together, on a gondola ride along the canals of Venice, listening to your gondoliere singing your favorite love songs (in Italian of course) and then stopping under the Bridge of Sighs for that memorable kiss.  Your destination is a quaint little Trattoria for a delicious dinner for two.

The foods of Venice, which come from the depths of the Adriatic Sea to the Plains of Fruili, only enhance the romantic atmosphere of Venice.  Our Chefs will attempt to transport you to Venice through a sensual menu sure to stimulate your senses.

Start with a little Antipasti of various sliced Salumi, Olives and Marinated Vegetables.  Next, for your Primo, you will prepare Risotto al Frutti di Mare (Seafood Risotto).  For your Secundi, prepare Anatra alla Carciofi (Duck with Artichokes).  Top you evening with Dolce (dessert) by preparing a delicious Tiramisu. 
 
We have paired some spectacular wines from the region.  You will be greeted with a classic Bellini made with Prosecco and Peach Purée and then the sommelier has chosen some fabulous wines from the Veneto destined to make the rest of your meal a delight. 

Your romantic evening concludes with a parting gift of chocolate truffles created by our own Pastry Chefs.
