MEATLESS MONDAYS - SPECIAL "COUPLES CLASS" - Carnival - Celebrate Brazil's Wild Side - 15% off Tax Break Sale!
Couples Class | $200 plus tax per couple.
Carnival is a week long party in Brazil and food is a vital component of this traditional event. During Carnival, the foods you will find on the street corners are Bolos (little sweet cakes), Acaraje (Black-Eyed Pea Fritters) and Pao de Queijoare (Brazilian Cheese Bread). However, it is when the parades are done, that everyone gathers together around the kitchen table at home to feast on Feijoada - Brazil's traditional Carnival dish.
Our Chefs have created a delicious Meatless Menu for your Carnival Celebration. You will be preparing:
Acaraje (Fritters stuffed with a savory/sweet onion/black-eyed pea mixture)
Feijoada (Meatless version of Brazil's most famous dish - the flavors are incredible)
Oxala' Rice (sweet yet spicy)
Brazilian Collard Greens (tender and delicious)
Mousse de Maracuja (Passion Fruit Mousse).

Since Brazil is not a country famous for fine wine production, we will pair the meal with special wines from its neighbors, Chile and Argentina.
Come, celebrate Brazil's wild side.
