Spencer LeeSpencer was born the exact same day as the Internet. He is currently working on a degree in filmmaking with a focus on documentaries. Hired as dishwasher for the Kitchen Table Cooking School in 2008, he was immediately promoted to Barista once his artistry in making beverages became known. |
Phil YooIn addition to his beverage-making skills, Phil is possessed of musical talent, playing organ for The Dendrites, a 10-piece jazz/reggae band which sometimes performs live at Espressole Caffe on Friday and Saturday nights. Andy McClellanAndy’s favorite part of working at Espressole is the opportunity to make latte art. Go ahead, challenge him to come up with a special design for your latte. He loves it. Andy’s other talent is being drummer for The Dendrites, the same band as Phil. Their second album is due out soon. |
Stefanie CornishStefanie has the distinct honor of being the senior Barista, originally hired by Espressole Caffe when we opened back in May 2008. Like all the other baristas, Stefanie is multi-talented. Her other skills are in printmaking; she loves to create etchings of birds and other realism-based imagery. |
