“...You know how to throw a party!”

Dear Yvonne,

Thanks to you and your staff for helping my husband put on a surprise birthday party for me on July 13th. So many friends and a sprinkling of family took me aback when I walked into Espressolé Caffé. Decio pulled it off with the help of our friend Judy Brand who sent out invitations and with your help in coordinating a party that required the party guests to participate in the meal preparation.

The menu you chose to serve was tasty indeed. What a big undertaking and a delight to experience. Drawing names of our guests from several bowls gave an air of anticipation to the people who joined in the festivities. What a neat idea for a party.

Having known how much I love to cook, your pastry chef made a lovely cake in the shape of a stove. The cake and frosting were delicious, the design perfect.

I sincerely appreciate all your effort in making my day so special. Your staff can take a bow for helping you pull the party off.

Thanks for the memory!
