Why does Tapas have to be restricted to Spanish cuisine?  Well, we are excited to bring this little Asian cousin out of the pantry and to the table.  Tapas is a way of life in Spain and people will go out to different Tapas Bars and sample bite size morsels and then move to the next bar in a sort of gastronomic pub crawl. 

The Chinese culture is famous for Dim Sum which is traditionally served on Sundays and features all types of small dishes from potstickers to shumai.  Carts filled with the various small plates stop by your table and you buy what tempts you.

Our chef has fused the two and come up with an Asian Tapas class that will have you licking your chops and dim sum.
