Global Grill - Naples - Mozzarella and Pizza from scratch
A Regional Foods Class | $95 plus tax per person.
Naples the home of the best plum tomatoes, Mozzarella and of course Pizza. In this unique class we will build a complete Neapolitan meal around the grill. We will build the pizza up from scratch, first by making our own Mozzarella from curds and our own amazing tomato sauce and then finally our own pizza dough which we will stretch and bake on the grill. Have you ever made pizza on the grill?
