Tuscany loves cooking over an open flame, whether it's on a grill or in a wood burning oven. High quality products cooked simply with herbs and olive oil that grow on the property. It's what makes their cuisine so delicious. We plan to highlight this style with some great dishes that will inspire you for the rest of the summer.
Grilled Scamorza and Tomato Skewers with Grilled Foccacia and Fresh Basil Pesto
Grilled Veal Chop with Grilled Prosciutto wrapped Asparagus
Crespelle (light thin pancakes) with a Seasonal Fruit Compote
Our sommelier has chosen some special summer Tuscan wines paired to go with these great grilled dishes and don't forget to save just a little room for a taste of our homemade limoncello.
