Italian Regional Cuisine - Island of Sicily

Sicilian cuisine is a unique blending of the many civilizations that have passed through the Island. Sicilian dishes are some of the most complex and colorful in Italy and our menu highlights some Sicilian favorites. Arancini are delicious deep fried risotto balls stuffed with meat or cheese.
Sicily is renowned for its seafood and sweet mild Cod is perfectly suited for the bold flavors of the manila clams, potatoes and olives in the main course.
For dessert you will learn how to make the classic and delicate Cannoli filled with ricotta and dried fruit
The wines from Sicily are as rich and robust as the food. Our sommelier will have some great Sicilian wines paired especially with this delicious meal and are included in the price of the class.
