Provence, France, is renowned as a gastronomic center, a combination of the best from both the north and the south of France.  A walk through the markets alerts you to the main ingredients in Provencal cuisine - olives, garlic, onions, tomatoes, peppers, aubergines, herbs, fresh honey, cheeses, fruits ...  Fresh seafood is the most popular of the proteins.

Provence StreetOur Chef has created a delicious menu which incorporates the best from the markets of Provence. 

Tomato and Goat Cheese Terrine with Black Olive Tapenade. 
Pan Fried Loup De Mer (Sea Bass)
Grilled Provençale Vegetables served with a fresh Basil Purée
