Milan is one of the epicenters of the fashion industry, the hub of Italian banking and industry, and also home to some amazing classic Italian dishes. This is the land of butter, cream, risotto and veal. No tomato sauce based dishes or meatballs here. The foods of Milan and Lombardia have more in common with France to which they share a kinship of culture and history. 
Come join us as we celebrate the rich dishes of Milan. On this evening you will learn how to make:
Spinach malfatti in gorgonzola sauce - spinach ricotta dumplings with creamy blue cheese sauce
Osso bucco a la Milanese - Veal shank slow braised and served with saffron risotto
Meringhe e crema di cioccolato - Floating Islands in milk chocolate cream
Though Lombardia is not known for their wine production, they are conveniently neighbors to two of the best wine regions of Italy: Piedmont and the Veneto. Our sommelier has selected some wines to go perfectly with this memorable northern Italian menu.
