  • Highlight of my class: The group atmosphere and Chef Tom made the entire experience a lot of fun and filled with learning.

The insatiable appetite of Parisians for great food and wine is legendary.  The gourmet can find mouthwatering delights on every street corner. Our Chefs will show you how simple it is to make some of Paris' favorite dishes. 

Start with Moules Marinières (Fresh Mussels steamed in Wine and Flavorings).  Next, prepare Steak Frites Sauce Bearnaise (Pan Fried Local Hanger Steak with French Fries).  For dessert, prepare delicious Seasonal Clafoutis. BON APETIT!!
