Morocco, the culinary star of North Africa, has served as a crossroads between Europe and Africa, and has long been considered as one of the most diversified cuisines in the world. Moroccan cuisine is influenced by the foods brought in from Spain, Arab, Berber, Moors, the Middle East, and Africa, just to mention a few.

On this evening, our Chef will present a typical menu from the region around Marrakesh.  Start your meal off with the typical small salads to whet your appetite for the main meal ahead where classic dishes are highlighted. Then, finish your meal with the most famous traditional sweet dish in Morocco.
