Eating healthy begins with cooking healthy and there is no better teacher than first-hand experience. The best way to be kind to your body is to learn to cook. This empowers you to fuel your body with the very best nutrients and ingredients without having to guess about what ‘secret’ ingredients you might be ingesting.
Chef Shelley Hillesheim, with A Nourished Life is offering a 3-part HEALTHY COOKING SERIES that will teach you to be healthy from the inside out. Each class contains a lecture about a specific healthy eating philosophy along with a hands-on cooking class to help solidify the information in the lecture. This is not about low fat or no fat cooking. It’s about creating balanced meals including delicious, high quality, whole food ingredients so you will thrive. This series will address all aspects of cleaning up your eating habits and help you prepare your kitchen to efficiently cook meals from scratch.
