The class will begin by sampling some of Chef Mark's handcrafted dried sausages, Next, he'll take you into the kitchen and you'll to grind meat, make sausage mixes and fill each link. You will then cook off some of those tubular treasures, use them in a dish and, take home a stash for a future feast.
