Highlight of my class: Mark's passion about sausage and salumi is catching. I learned several new tricks to make the process easier at home. The recipes are easy and tasty. The highlight is definitely his passion for what he does.
Anything you’d like to share? I wish I could think of something as I know you are always trying to improve but it was really one of the best classes I've taken.

The class will begin by sampling some of Chef Mark's handcrafted dried sausages, Next, he'll take you into the kitchen and you'll to grind meat, make sausage mixes and fill each link. You will then cook off some of those tubular treasures, use them in a dish and, take home a stash for a future feast.
Could there be a better way to spend a Saturday morning? We don't think so.
