Local Food Hero Andrew Lubatty, Executive Chef of the celebrated restaurant AVENUE GRILL in Denver, brings an impressive culinary background to the students at the Kitchen Table Cooking School. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York, in 1992, Chef Lubatty received national recognition for bringing his cutting edge style to some of the top restaurants from New York to California.

Chef Lubatty has also been recognized for his contributions to multiple charitable organizations, including Chefs Up Front/Operation Front Line, Project Angel Heart, and the March of Dimes.  During his tenure as Chef Instructor at the Art Institute of Colorado, Chef Lubatty brought his passion for the culinary arts to his students, and the Kitchen Table is honored to feature him in our Local Food Heroes Series. 

On this evening, you will work side-by-side with Chef Lubatty as you cook a delicious menu that highlights the best that his restaurant has to offer.
