Local Food Hero - Michael Long made his way to Colorado via Florida, making his mark at some of the most famous restaurants along the way. More recently he has risen to prominence locally as the chef/owner of the vastly popular Opus restaurant in Littleton. Building on this success he has subsequently opened another popular venue called Aria.

Michael is a frequent winner at many local competitions where he inspires the judges and his fellow competitors with bold flavors and unique pairings.

He came up with a delicious menu that focuses on cooking with Spirits.
