Chef Hosea Rosenberg is one of Denver and Boulder's most famous Local Food Heroes. A native of New Mexico, Hosea made his way to Boulder to pursue a degree in Astronomy and eventually plunged into the local restaurant world.
Does the name sound familiar? Chef Hosea Rosenberg has won numerous awards and accolades over the course of his career including Best Chef of Denver International Wine Festival (2006, 2007, 2008); seven-time, undefeated winner of the Flatiron Chef Competition; Guest Chef at the James Beard House (2007); and winner of Bravo’s Season Five Top Chef. 
We are very excited to feature this delicious cooking class with Chef Hosea at the Kitchen Table. Chef Hosea is a natural teacher and he will guide you as you learn how to cook the exquisite menu he has composed especially for this class. We will pair his amazing menu with high quality wines to ensure it is a superlative dining experience.
Appetizer: Roast Sweet Potato Bisque with Crabmeat, Apple and Pecan
Entrée: Colorado Baby Striped Bass with Bacon, Fingerlings, Brussels Sprouts and Pomegranate Brown Butter
Dessert: Molten Chocolate Cupcake with Salt Caramel and Coffee Ice Cream
