Have you noticed how food allergies and sensitivities are becoming more and more common in the world today? Gluten has turned out to be one of the greatest offenders. You don’t have to be diagnosed with CD (Celiac Disease) to be gluten sensitive or intolerant. Many studies show that eliminating wheat based or gluten based products from your diet radically reduces a number of health and wellness issues.
In 2011, we introduced “Meatless Mondays” for those customers who have adopted a vegetarian lifestyle. In 2012, we are proud to introduce its cousin, “Wheatless Wednesdays”, for those customers who choose to or need to follow a wheat free/gluten free diet.
Today, our Chef will lead you as you cook delicious nutritious dishes that are wheat free/gluten free.

Of course each delicious course will be perfectly paired with a Spanish wine that brings out the best qualities of each dish you prepared.
