Channel 2 and Fox 31 featured our healthy recipes

On Wednesday, Jan 20 between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. several LIVE segments featured our own Chef Joseph demonstrating some of his healthy cooking techniques. He also discussed vegetarian cooking and showed how to prepare delicious vegetarian dishes.

Healthy Cooking classes offered in a new time slot: 11:00am - 1:30pm

Kitchen Table Cooking School is repeating the three popular Fresh and Healthy Meals Classes on Wednesdays, on March 31, April 14 and April 21, 2010.

Three Vegetarian Foods For Powerful Living Classes will be offered on consecutive Wednesdays, April 21; April 28 and May 5, 2010.

Baking Fundamentals Expanded

In addition to our standard six-class series, Kitchen Table has added new features to our baking Foundations. Level II classes focus on the details of cake decorating, starting with Frostings and Icings; continuing with Flowers, Complex Borders and Color; and finishing with Fondant and Tiers.

We also offer a FRENCH PASTRY SERIES including the following classes: Souffle; Tarts & Crepes and Gateaux.
