A Wine Foundation Class | $55 plus tax per person.
The Tre Venezie is composed of three regions in north eastern Italy that are collectively known as the Veneto. Beside being a rich gastronomic region, it is also known for some fo the best wines of Italy.
In this class we will explore the wines of the Veneto. Come learn about the famous whites of the area like the sparkling Prosecco, the refreshing Soave and the crisp Pinot Grigio. We will also taste some of the great reds that call this place home, like Valpolicella and the deep concentrated raisin flavors of a great Amarone.
There are many treasures to discover in the Veneto and like many you will be lured in by the flavorful and food friendly wines that easily find their way onto the Italian table.
A light snack will be offered to keep your energy up throughout the vigorous wine tasting.
